We are the Beriou's
Our journey began as high school sweethearts and best friends. After reconnecting in July 2018, we quickly discovered that our bond was as strong as ever. Just three short months later, in October 2018, we got married and began building our life together in our hometown of North Branch.
I (Erika) had spent five years working for a painting company in the West Metro, but the daily 2+ hour commute soon became exhausting. Drawing on my experience in project management, design, and execution, Jake suggested that I start my own painting company in North Branch. In March 2019, EB & Flow was born.
As we built relationships with our clients, I noticed that many projects required more than just painting—often involving carpentry or other trade work. Luckily, my husband Jake is a true "Jake of all trades," with a meticulous nature and a wealth of knowledge that makes him an invaluable asset. I knew he had to be part of this venture, so we joined forces!
Today, we get to dream, build, and create together, sharing our passion with others. Our journey has been one of consistent growth and countless blessings. We have expanded from EB & Flow Painting Company into EB & Flow Contracting Company, and the road ahead is filled with exciting possibilities. Every moment is pivotal, and we're always ready for our next creation and adventure.

Jacob's history
Jake's expertise spans a diverse range of trades, rooted in his early experiences. He began with landscaping during high school and honed his skills by assisting his dad with basement finishing projects. Over time, Jake developed a robust 17+ year career in the concrete industry, culminating in managing and operating a concrete plant. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to run his own flooring and carpentry business for several years. In addition, he has gained valuable experience working with various contracting companies.
With such a comprehensive background, Jake is truly your go-to guy for getting the job done!
Erika's history
Erika's journey is marked by a dynamic and diverse background. Her career began with a design role, quickly advancing as she was hired by a housing company, and then again recruited by a painting company. Erika's drive and adaptability have kept her constantly moving forward. With extensive experience in sales, management, design, and over 11 years in the construction industry, she's always eager to discover her next transformation and take on new challenges.
